Before you become an official family member, let’s talk about disappointment. We never want to disappoint you, but between May 1st and October 1st, we run the risk of being a disappointment to you.

When hot weather hits hard, it’s my duty as essential service provider to respond to no-cool and no-heat calls as a priority. The last thing we’d want on our conscience is for little 83-year-old widow Mrs. Jones to die from heat stroke because we were on a preventative maintenance call.

To limit the chance of disappointment, the very best time to book a preventative maintenance call is sometime other than between May 1st and October 1st. You are important to me.

My mom and I grew up poor. Every day was a struggle, but my mom always kept her cool. I was so blessed in so many ways that the money never really mattered. Now I have the opportunity to care for all the 65+ year-olds who’ve worked so hard to live and give a good life, no matter what it dished out.
