HVAC in North PHOENIX, AZ

About My Frankie.

We weren’t rich, but I always made sure my Frankie had food in his belly. Frankie was such a happy little boy. Always tinkering. How many times I was cleaning up after him. Always taking things apart. Like I wasn’t busy enough cleaning other people’s houses every day.

By the time Frankie was 12, he was getting so good at getting our old things to work again. Anytime our family or neighbors needed something fixed, I always had Frankie fix it. Frankie could fix anything.

Except his grades. When Frankie dropped out of high school, I didn’t want him left for dead, so I got him a job with my brother Micky, fixing air conditioners in Tucson.

I’m so proud of my Frankie. He even got me an air conditioner. It wasn’t new, but it works so good. We never had air conditioning when Frankie was growing up. He’s such a good boy.

Now he tells me he’s going to go out on his own and start an air conditioning repair business. If you need your air conditioning fixed, you call my Frankie. He’s an honest, hard-working boy. He always took such good care of me and our loved ones.

Hi, I’m Frankie.

I wish we were rich! We grew up a special kind of poor. Ma cleaned houses. My dad never came back from Iraq. Ma has always been such a hard worker. She always took such good care of me. I really did have a happy childhood.

So when she voluntold me to help out our family and neighbors, it was the least I could do. As a kid, I loved taking things apart and putting them back together. I guess I’m pretty darn good at it now.

I suppose I have my Uncle Mick to thank for that. He taught me everything about air conditioners, furnaces, airflow, and ducts. He really was the dad I never had.

After I dropped out of high school, I had three choices: the military, prison, or the trades. I decided the trades had the least chance of ending up in a body bag. Ma agreed… enthusiastically, we’ll say.

So when Uncle Mick went to throw away a 21-year-old air conditioner we practiced on at the shop, I asked if I could take it off his hands. Mom and I had no air conditioning in our home growing up.

That old air conditioner is still humming along today for Ma, 32 years in.

It was my Uncle Mick who encouraged me to go out on my own. He says, “I have a knack for taking good care of people.”

Now I’m going to work real hard to fix your air conditioner so I can finally buy Ma a new one. It’s the least I can do.

If you need to refresh, repair, or replace your air conditioner or heater, I’d be honored to fix it for you.

Got questions?

WE GOT ANSWERS.

How much do you charge to come out?

Nada. Zip. Zero.

No matter who you are, we don't believe in frivolous fees. Ma wouldn't allow that. We will happily come see you and give you free advice. A free estimate. Sometimes somebody just flipped that switch they weren’t supposed to. We’ll flip that switch back for free too.

Now if we have to start poking around, using our fancy tools and years of expertise, we charge you $120 when you get a comprehensive diagnosis. In the unlikely event we can’t figure it out, you won’t pay a dime.

Oh, and Family Members don't pay a diagnostic fees, either.

Will you show up on time?

You betcha! If we don’t show up in the one-hour window we promised you, we’ll give you $1 for every minute we are late, up to 60 minutes.

STAKES!

Now things are getting interesting!

What does a 1-hour appointment window mean?

We figure you’re busy with life. You don’t have time to wait around all day for us. So we work really hard to get to your appointment within a tight 1-hour window and solve your problem as quickly as we can.

If we don’t show up when we say we will, we will punish ourselves by paying you $1 a minute for up to 60 minutes as a small token of recognition for your valuable time.

Do you also replace old HVAC equipment, or do you only do repairs?

Yes! We are so good at installations. We make Ma proud!

We just don’t believe you have to replace your equipment as quickly as many HVAC Contractors would have you believe.

They apply heavy doses of fear and doubt when they could just be doing a simple repair. Funny how when you treat people right, they tend to think of you the next time they need help.

What's a Clean & Check™?

A $120 Clean & Check™ is special. We are going to first clean your outdoor condenser, then we are going to check all of your system vitals to ensure they are within manufacturer specifications.

While too many HVAC Contractors lazily wave a hose in the general direction of your outdoor condenser at the wrong time, Frankie is coming at it from the inside out.

When you clean the condenser coils right, first, and start with a clean before running the system vital reports, you get a proper reading. If you check the dirty AC system first, you get false readings and sales pitches for things you don't need.

A tune-up will always require part replacements to bring the system back to nearly factory fresh conditions.

How much do you charge to come out after hours for an emergency?

$500 + the cost of the repair, unless you’re a Family Member. Family Members don’t pay for anything except out-of-warranty repairs. You’re family.

Most of the time, though, we don’t have to come out. Our emergency virtual triage service handles 9 out of 10 situations right over the phone, and is free.

Exclusively for family members, 24/7/365.
