We will happily come see you and provide a free visual inspection, a verbal consultation, and a free estimate. Sometimes somebody just flipped that switch they weren't supposed to. We'll flip that switch back for free, too.
Now, if we have to start poking around with our fancy tools and years of expertise, we charge you $120 for a proper diagnosis. In the unlikely event we can't figure it out, you won't pay a dime.
Also, if you have us do any follow-up repairs, you won't pay for the diagnostic either.
Oh, and our Family Members don't pay diagnostic fees, either.

We do charge a $120 diagnostic fee to bring a fully stocked truck and an experienced repair technician to your front door, properly diagnose the problem, and show you how we will fix it. But that's after we've given you a FREE visual inspection and consultation, and an estimate.
We only charge for a diagnostic if we have to pull out our fancy tools and use our decades of specialized knowledge to get to the bottom of the situation.
We hate frivolous fees as much as the next feller, so expect two things:
- If it's a silly 5-minute fix, we'll just fix it for free.
- If we can't figure out the issue after a proper diagnostic, you won't pay a dime.
Have a simple question? We will happily give you free advice over the phone.
Oh, and Family Members don't ever pay a diagnostic fee. You're family, after all.
$500 + the cost of the repair, unless you're a Family Member.
Family Members don't pay for anything except out-of-warranty repairs. You are family, after all.
Most of the time, though, we don't have to come out. Our emergency virtual triage service handles 9 out of 10 situations right over the phone, and is free.
After hours includes all calls run after 7 pm and before 7 am daily, and on holidays.
We figure you're busy with life. You don't have time to wait around all day for us. So we work really hard to get to your appointment within a tight 1-hour window and solve your problem as quickly as we can.
If we don't show up when we say we will, we will punish ourselves by paying you $1 a minute for up to 60 minutes as a small token of recognition for your valuable time.
This one-hour window is reserved exclusively for our family members. If you haven't yet joined the family, you can expect us to arrive in a 3-hour window.
Yes! We work hard to get to your appointment within a tight 1-hour window.
If we are late for the promised 1-hour window, we pay you $1 for every minute late, up to 60 minutes. That's our on-time guarantee, because we value your time as much as you do.
